FOUNDER & CEO

Dawn Larsen.

BUSINESSWOMAN OF THE YEAR, TBWN

Dawn Larsen built her first financially successful business at 19. She didn't have a playbook, she had pattern recognition. That ability to see exactly where a business is leaking capacity, time, and revenue before the Founder can articulate it has been her superpower for over 25 years.

She's helped more than 1,000 Founders scale past $5M. And she's spent her career proving the same principle over and over: the constraint in most growing businesses isn't the market, the product, or the team. It's the absence of operational infrastructure that lets the business run without clear ownership, accountability, and structure across the whole team.

Dawn lives inside systems and processes, specifically the ones that are easy to implement, easily adopted, and designed to scale. She doesn't build complexity. She builds clarity.

The businesses she builds Navigator's architecture for don't just grow faster. Their Founders sleep better.

Behind Dawn is an executive team of four and a specialized bench of business systems architects, practitioners who live and breathe operational design, process engineering, and organizational structure. Together, the Navigator team brings a depth and breadth of capability that no single consultant can match. Every engagement draws on the full weight of that collective expertise.

Dawn Larsen, CEO of Navigator

Most Founders don't have a growth problem. They have a systems problem disguised as a growth problem. Fix the architecture and the growth takes care of itself.

DAWN LARSEN, CEO, NAVIGATOR

OUR MISSION

Give Founders back their time, and their superpower.

Every Founder we work with has a zone of genius, the thing they do better than anyone, the thing that built the business in the first place. But as companies grow, that genius gets buried under operational constraints.

Our mission is to disperse the operational load strategically across the right systems, people, and processes, with the checks and balances that keep everything accountable. The Founder doesn't disappear from the business. The weight of carrying it all alone does. And in doing that, we give them back 10–15 hours per week to spend on what they actually want to be doing.

WHAT WE'RE BUILT TO DO

  • Disperse the operational load strategically, with clear ownership and checks and balances.
  • Build systems that are easy to implement, integrate, and adopt.
  • Return 10–15 hours per week to the Founders we work with.
  • Give CEOs the peace and ease to focus on their true superpower.
  • Create operational infrastructure that scales, not just survives.

THE NAVIGATOR DIFFERENCE

We build it. We don't just describe it.

Most consultants hand you a strategy document and wish you luck. Navigator embeds into your business, diagnoses the actual constraint, and builds the operational architecture, the systems, workflows, and processes that distribute responsibility across the right people with the right structure, so nothing falls through the cracks and nothing has to flow through one person. Every engagement ends with your team fully trained and the infrastructure fully documented.

Embedded, Not Visiting

We work inside your business, with your team, on your actual systems, not from the outside looking in.

Systems That Get Adopted

Every system we build is designed for ease of use, easy integration, and real-world adoption, not theoretical perfection.

Clean Handover

Every engagement ends with full documentation, trained staff, and a business that can execute without us.
