Dawn Larsen, founder and CEO of Navigator, Fractional Operations Architect in Sudbury Ontario

WHO SHE IS

The operator behind the architecture.

Dawn Larsen is the founder and CEO of Navigator, a Fractional Operations Architecture firm based in Sudbury, Ontario. She built her first financially successful business at 19 and has spent more than 25 years identifying exactly where businesses leak capacity, time, and revenue, often before the Founder can articulate it themselves.

Since founding Navigator in 2002, she has helped more than 1,000 Canadian Founders scale past $5M. Her career has proven the same principle over and over: the constraint in most growing businesses is not the market, the product, or the team. It is the absence of operational infrastructure that lets the business run with clear ownership, accountability, and structure across the whole team.

Dawn lives inside systems and processes, specifically the ones that are easy to implement, easily adopted, and designed to scale. She does not build complexity. She builds clarity. The businesses she designs architecture for do not just grow faster. Their Founders sleep better.

Most Founders don't have a growth problem. They have a systems problem disguised as a growth problem. Fix the architecture and the growth takes care of itself.
